The Vercors

You travel a “balcony” road daringly built into sheer cliff. The route brings you to the Combe Laval, a geologically remarkable set of semi-circular adjoining peaks that attracts throngs of tourists to Vercors national park. Beforehand, you cover a very manageable route through the park on a trajectory that includes the Col de Proncel and the Col de la Chau.
