Col du Tourmalet West

You push up the gritty western side of the Tourmalet, the highest paved mountain pass in the French Pyrenees. Your pay-off is the soaring view over to the other side of the mountain range. When we filmed, the opening for the climb was still a week away, so you get to reprise the advance presentation of this route.
