Queyras Grand Tour, Col d’Izoard, Part 1

2360 m high mountain pass in The Alps. Part of numerous TdF events. Starting from Briançon it’s a hard ride. Climb portion is about 9 km long with the altitude gain of 450m and 5.4% average grade. Offers stunning views of the Pic de Rochebrune. After hard climbing work you will descend down to to just before Chateau Queyras from where you can continue to the Col Agnel if you have parts 2 and 3 of Queyras grand tour.
