For DOWNLOAD items: Because of the nature of downloads we can not offer refunds for download purchases.
Discounted products or products bought with coupons or sales are not valid for returns.
For hard drives and Lynx VR Trainers, package the materials and return them to the agreed location. On receipt, you will be issued a full refund, for the purchase price, less any shipping charges.

Hard Drives ship within 24 hours, or next business day, either by airmail (5-10 days), or courier, depending on your chosen service level.
Lynx VR Trainers ship within 24 hours, or next business day, via UPS or DHL.
