Marmotte Part 1

9.95

You face a hard climb but several stretches allow you to catch your breath.  Preceding the ascent, you traverse the Col Glandon, the first mountain pass riders cross in the hugely popular Marmotte cyclosportive event. Tour de France competitors often deal with this stretch of roadway, too. Don’t be surprised if the lakes, forests, dams and mountain-top vistas bring the Scottish Highlands to mind. You make a major descent before heading into the second ride in Velo Reality’s Marmotte series.
