Marmotte CCW, Col du Glandon

Part of the Marmotte Grand Tour, (most famous cyclosportive), this time going counterclockwise. This 20km long climb is a part of 2015 Etape du Tour sportive. It is a 20km climb from the community of La Chambre up to the top of Col du Glandon. Compared to the ascent from Le Bourg-d’Oisans, this is by far the harder route. The gradients get steeper and steeper as you climb higher. At this 20km length and the average grade of 7.3% it is a very hard climb.
