Grand Alps, Col du Galibier, Part 10, France

Part 10 of the Route des Grandes Alpes (Great Alpine Road), the ultimate cycling dream. This part of the ride will take you from Col du Lautaret, all the way up to up to the top of the Col du Galibier. Col du Galibier is the 6th highest pass in Alps and is often the highest point of Tour de France. It is a steady hard climb, and of course you get and watch beautiful mountainous terrain while descending all the way down to the commune of Valloire.
