Col d’Allos, Part 4 of Mercantour Loop Grand Tour

Part of many Tour de France events, in fact one of its most popular cols, Col d’Allos is 17.5km long climb at an average road grade of 6.6%.  This little sinuous road climbs along the side a cliff high above a steep canyon and then hairpins over the mountain towards the Mediterranean 100km away.  Part 4 of the Mercantour Loop Grand Tour.
